​How Do I Place An Order?

 

You can order directly off this website by going to the shop tab, adding We Are One Under The Sun to your shopping cart, and then proceeding to check out. We are happy to answer any questions you may have at JocelynMSchlegel@gmail.com. You can also visit Jocelyn's author page on Facebook under "Jocelyn Marie Schlegel" and message her with any questions you may have or simply follow her updates. She will be posting all the events there that she is currently doing.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

We use square payment for all transactions. We will ship out your book as soon as possible once your order confirmation is received.  You will be provided with tracking information via email once your order ships. Every book ordered directly through this website will be signed by Jocelyn Marie Schlegel. This is the advantage to shopping here rather than Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 

Square’s software is developed using industry standard security best practices including:

  • Card-processing applications adhere to PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1.

  • Square prohibits the storage of card numbers, magnetic stripe data, and security codes on client devices.

  • Applications developed in-house are subject to strict quality testing and security review.

​Returns & Refunds

 

Jocelyn will be hand packaging each book with care to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. As your book may have been personalized with a special message, all sales are final. Please contact Jocelyn Marie Schlegel directly if you receive a damaged book at JocelynMSchlegel@gmail.com.

We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you.
